Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is the Romanian actress and television presenter. She's best known as the main character in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control, and Rush. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. Alexandra began her career in showbiz at a young age. She played lead roles in television dramas as early as 16 years old. She was praised for her portrayal in Der Tunnel. This paved the way to other memorable parts, such as Adolf Hitler's Secretariat Traudl Junge.
